at DRS Commodities in Work from home
DRS Commodities is an industry leading search consultancy specialising in the Technical and Commercial Commodities sector. Headquartered on London’s Pall Mall, we handle appointments in key Commodities including Oil & Gas and Metals & Mining.
We operate from Intermediate through to Senior Management and Board level, working alongside clients ranging from Major Energy companies, Blue Chip consultancies and large scale Investment Banks.
Role:
We are currently extending our network of Associate Headhunters. Successful applicants will be responsible for overseeing the candidate focused search & selection process utilising a variety of bespoke online recruitment platforms.
Headhunters will be responsible for:
• Candidate sourcing utilising bespoke company database
• Candidate correspondence & role enquiries via online platform / phone
• CV formatting and client submission
• Client feedback review & dissemination
• Interview arrangement
• Remuneration negotiation and terms & conditions
• Reference checking
• Continual maintenance of company CRM database
• Direct headhunting where applicable
You have/are:
• A basic understanding of the recruitment / sales sector is desirable
• Strong learning capacity and ability to learn “on the job”
• Solid communication skills and confident interacting with clients and candidates
• Ability to multi task and maintain control across a number of process stages
• Strong work ethic with the discipline to work diligently and independently. A self starter
• Computer literate
• Desire to earn significant commission
• Regular availability ranging from 15-25 hours per week (Mon-Sun)
In addition, we require all Headhunters to have the following:
• Professional home-working space
• Desktop computer
• High speed internet connection
• Landline or mobile (a dedicated number will be assigned to you via an internal switchboard on a
per role basis, terminated at the end of each assignment)
What we offer:
• Ability to work from home on a flexible time commitment (minimum 15 hours per week)
• £6.10 per hour. Maximum 20 hour time commitment per role
• Competitive commission scheme ranging from £2,000-£3,000 per successful placement
• Additional performance based rewards (Michelin starred dinners, red letter days)
• Full training programme including an Introduction to Commodities, The Recruitment process, full
database training & introduction to bespoke DRS technologies and regular access to “Ask the
Expert” and 24/7 access to DRS advisory consultants
